Sfa-medicin is an education with full-time intensive courses. We combine Swedish for immigrants and Swedish as a second language with medical Swedish for professionals.
Are you a medical doctor or nurse? Do you need to learn Swedish fast? Sfa-medicin is an effective way to learn Swedish for qualified medical staff, such as:
- medical doctors,
- dentists,
- nurses,
- physiotherapists,
- veterinaries,
- pharmacists.
The course is given in Södertälje, Campus Telge, close to commuter train in the center of Södertälje.
Coursers
Sfa-medicin is an education with full-time intensive courses.
We combine Swedish for immigrants and Swedish as a second language with medical Swedish for professionals.
Courses within the program Sfa-medicin:
- Sfi C-D + Medical Swedish I (first part)
- Swedish as a second language, basic level + Medical Swedish I (second part)
- Swedish as a second language, course A + Medical Swedish II
- Swedish as a second language, course B + Medical Swedish III
The whole program takes up to 18 months. The beginners´ course (Sfi C) starts four times a year. You will start at your linguistic level.
Application
You can download the application (see below). Please fill out the application form and bring it to the adult education (vuxenutbildningen) in your municipality. Your municipality will sign and send it together with a copy of your diploma and birth cerificate (personbevis) to Sfa-medicin.
